Return & Exchange Policy – Melano Pharma

✅ Personal care, hair, and skincare products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of the products.

Returns are only valid if the reason is one of the following:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Receiving a defective item

✅ Damaged or broken products will be replaced free of charge due to shipping issues.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can take the necessary steps with the shipping company.

✅ Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date we receive your request, provided that:

  • The product is unopened and unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

✅منتجات العناية الشخصية و الشعر و البشرة لا يمكن إستبدالها او إسترجعها, نظرا لطبيعة المنتج .
 المرتجعات صالحة فقط عندما يكون سبب الإرجاع أيًا مما يلي:
تلقي عنصر خاطئ
عنصر المعيب
✅المنتجات التالفة أو المكسورة يتم استبدالها دون أي رسوم بسبب شركة الشحن.
يجب تبليغنا عن أي منتج تالف أو مكسور خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، حتى نتمكن من اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة مع شركة الشحن.

  ✅يُمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ تلقي الشركة خبر الاستبدال من العميل، بشرط أن تكون غير مفتوحة أو مستخدمة. 
 يجب أن يكون أيضًا في العبوة الأصلية. لإكمال عملية الإرجاع ، نطلب إيصالًا أو دليلًا على الشراء.
